Biedermeier vitrine cup. KPM Berlin.
Zepter mark, around 1820.
Polychrome painted, decorated in gold. Cup (h 9.5 cm), completed saucer (Ø 15 cm).
Footed bell-shaped cup with rosette handle. Matte pink ground with floral-ornamental, engraved gold painting, gilt interior. Similarly replaced saucer, in the mirror the depiction of a Cupid boy in a landscape, indistinct inscription above the boy. Hairline crack in the handle, saucer restored.
