* Weber (Gottlieb Daniel Paul), landscape and animal painter, son of the grand ducal court musician Johann Daniel Weber, studied at the academies in Frankfurt am Main and Munich, 1849-1861 in Philadelphia, then in Darmstadt until 1871, subsequently based in Munich, works in numerous international museums.
