Colored underglaze painting, shaded in gold. Press marks, faded sword mark. Lid missing, underbody with speckled glaze.
* Barth (Arthur Julius), porcelain painter, graphic artist, studied at the academy in Dresden. From 1897 at the Meissen manufactory, received his own studio in 1911, produced numerous designs for landscape, figure and flower painting, as well as for tableware shapes, worked freelance in Potsdam from 1914.
