Hallmark GS 16 Eagle (ca. 1900–1918), stamp mark GS 13 Sculpture (?) (ca. 1900–1920), engraving signature "Meier". Model No. 4365, 24, 6. Design: Johanna Meier-Michel(1876 Bohemian Leipa – 1945 Bohemian Leipa)
Light-colored body, white glazed and painted in color. Height approx. 31.5 cm. 1.2 kg.
Standing Biedermeier lady in a lilac crinoline dress, with a long shawl and a basket of flowers. Painting partially worn away; chips on the base, shawl, and sleeves.
Johanna Meier-Michel: Ceramicist and sculptor. From 1910 to 1917, she designed ceramic figures for the Wiener Werkstätte and produced works for Gmundner and Wiener Keramik, Busch & Ludescher, and the Vienna-based Friedrich Goldscheider manufactory.
