Light-colored stoneware, white glazed and painted in color. Approx. 34 x 46 x 19 cm. 4.16 kg.
The mythological figure of Europa leaning against Zeus, who has been transformed into a bull; on a rectangular pedestal. The tail of the bull has been restored.
Erich Schmidt-Kestner: German sculptor who gained particular fame for his architectural sculptures.
