Marking stamp GS 13 Sculpture (ca. 1900–1922), hallmark GS Z 11 (ca. 1885–1922), maker’s mark “F. Gross." Model No. 2642 (?). Design: F. Gross (presumably a pseudonym for Karl Groß)
Light-colored shard, glazed in dark bronze. H approx. 74 cm. 7.82 kg.
The oracular priestess Pythia depicted as a standing female nude next to her tripod; not listed in the WVZ. Painting partially chipped, hairline crack on the right arm, 2 beads from the box are missing.
