Maker’s mark GS 13 Sculpture (ca. 1900–1920), engraved signature “Cherc.” Model No. 2254, 99, 32. Design: Hans Schörk (under the pseudonym Cherc)(1849 Vienna – 1899 Vienna?)
Light-colored body, glazed in dark bronze. Height approx. 45 cm. 3.16 kg.
Bust of the soothsayer Athenais as a young lady adorned with flowers, head turned to the left; on a fluted pedestal. With minor chips; ends of the braid glued and retouched.
