Extensive Märklin railroad set in a vintage travel case.
Second half of the 1930s.

Gauge 0. Electric locomotive "E 66/12920" (20 volts), L 25 cm, and tender, L 15 cm, in original box / 3 beautiful passenger cars in original boxes, with interior lighting: Mitropa 18420 (without interior), 2 passenger cars 18410 1st & 2nd class (1x empty, 1x with interior and 10 figures), each 30 cm long. / 4 freight cars, one of which has a brakeman’s cab, L 13–18 cm. / “Friedrichshafen” station (clock missing). In original box, 30 x 62 x 21 cm. / Signal box with built-in switchgear 13729. / Unmarked tunnel, 22 x 45 x 21.5 cm. / Also included are 2 transformers, a speed controller, numerous tracks, and turnouts. / Rare Knau 405 GN figure set (10 pieces in original box) and defective signalman figure 469 (movable arm missing), both for 00/H0 gauge. As a bonus, a freight shed with a crane (Karl Bub), 13 x 42.5 x 12 cm. The locomotive’s wind deflector is included separately. A lovely collection; in good original condition considering its age, some items in their original boxes, a few with signs of age and defects.
