Dancer in a pose; on an oval pedestal. Both arms and the pedestal have been restored.
Claire (Klára) Herczeg: Hungarian sculptor whose artistic work had a lasting influence on the European porcelain industry. Her elegant and striking figures were produced by leading European manufacturers, including Goldscheider in Vienna, Grøndahl in Copenhagen, Hutschenreuther in Selb, and Metzler & Ortloff in Ilmenau.
