Bust of a noble lady in the Early Renaissance style. Based on the marble bust “Portrait of a Princess of Naples,” often identified as Isabella of Aragon, by Francesco Laurana (1455–1502), dating from between 1470 and 1480, now in the sculpture collection of the State Museums in Berlin. Signs of age and wear, chips and scratches, spalling.
