Biedermeier lady in a light-colored crinoline dress with flowers, holding a black carnival mask in her left hand. Glaze with a slight ash tinge.
Johanna Meier-Michel: Ceramicist and sculptor. From 1910 to 1917, she designed ceramic figures for the Wiener Werkstätte and produced works for Gmundner and Wiener Keramik, Busch & Ludescher, and the Vienna-based manufacturer Friedrich Goldscheider.
