Patinated bronze, green stone plinth. "Bourdelle" marked with a hexagonal star; foundry mark "Cire A. Valsuani Paris" with a hammered appearance. Sculpture: 43 x 41 x 13 cm; with plinth: 46 x 50 x 30 cm. 23 kg.
Relief of two women’s heads with a bouquet of flowers. Signs of age and wear; patina slightly worn.
Émile-Antoine Bourdelle: French sculptor, painter, illustrator, and art teacher; studied at the art school in Toulouse, at the École des Beaux-Arts in Toulouse, and at the École des Beaux-Arts in Paris under Alexandre Falguière and Jules Dalou.
