Circa 1800.
Light-colored body with brown clay glaze and white overglaze decoration. Height approx. 32.5 cm. 1.46 kg.
Pitcher with an ovoid body and a cylindrical neck with four grooves, a band handle, and a recessed base; on the front, a crowned coat of arms flanked by flower stems with leaves; Pewter lid with a spherical push button, monogrammed “A S,” pewter rim, handle band, and pewter base ring. Base ring with heavy embossing; resting surfaces with small fire cracks; pewter with minor defects.
