Light-colored shard, white glazed and painted in color. Height approx. 71 cm. 19.6 kg.
Female figure as an allegory of charity (“Bienfaisance”) wearing a long robe, a headscarf, and a shawl; she holds an infant in her left arm, her right hand gently touches a young boy, and her large shawl protectively envelops all three figures; on a square pedestal with a tree. Base shows chips; the area around the boy’s left foot has a burn mark.
