Hunting leaded glass window in frame.

Clear glass and colored glass, partly stained and painted, lead rods, white plastic frame. 43 x 35 cm, frame 45 x 37.
The hunter with hunted down stag as well as lady-in-waiting attaching the break sign to the hat; below meaning saying. 1 small glass crack, some glasses replaced, strong signs of age/use.
Glass painter and painter in Munich, student of the Academy ibid, founder of his successful workshop, Royal Court Glass Painter and from 1901 also Court Glass Painter to His Majesty the German Emperor and King of Prussia. In 1917 his son of the same name took over the workshop.
