Around 1600. Spanish bladesmith's marks.
L 126 cm.
Double-edged blade with lenticular cross-section. Short fullers on both sides on the midline with inscription "HARNHARN" and anchor. Also on both sides on the ricasso concealed by the basket a marked "M", a crescent moon, and another marked "M". This indicates a blade from Toledo. Basket with openwork guard and quadruple bolsters. Six-pointed, conical pommel with 'seam'. Probably previously conservatively treated, a secondary guard missing. Very nice condition.
