Domini Hamillon versus pontem Tamesis prope Londinum.". Each with heavier water damage, heavily foxed, grip-marked, creased, edges cracked.
To create optical illusions, the peep-box was a popular fairground attraction from the 2nd half of the 18th century, which presented the viewer with graphics with deceptively real perspective and shaped the image of the "wide world" with views of sights, exotic scenes or theatrical representations.
