Russian painter, student of his grandfather Boris Kuzmich Loginov. Worked first in Bratsk as an artist-designer, later as head of the fraternal art production workshops of the Khudfond of the RSFSR. Then in the art and exhibition hall of the United Museum of Bratsk. Exhibited his works in Irkutsk and Bratsk.
