Rare blue decor baroque plate. Meissen.

Cobalt blue underglaze painting, capuchin brown painted rim. The figural and floral painting of the flag is symmetrical. Four different motifs face each other identically. The size of the motifs is adapted to the shape of the border: the lateral borders are each below the indentations, the outwardly drawn border tips are each above the center of the picture. On the back of the flag wide floral border with four rock motifs. In the mirror of the back Prunus tree on a clod of earth. Press mark, sword mark with sidenote o.
Shape and peacock decoration have their model in a Chinese plate around 1700, which can still be found in the Dresden porcelain collection * Partner auction Bergmann.
