Historical town view of "Butzbach in der Wetterau", "Excester in Engellandt" and "Allendorf"; from Daniel Meisner's and Eberhard Kieser's collective work "Thesaurus philopoliticus" ("Political Treasure Box"), published between 1625 and 1631, resp. "F4" (Wetterau) and "G46" (Execter) from "Sciographia Cosmica" by Paulus Fürst, 1637/1638. The 8 parts were marked with the letters A to H and consecutive number after taking over the printing plates. Each grip-marked, "Allendorf" trimmed.
The "Politische Schatzkästlein" is a compilation of historical city views in combination with emblems conveying wisdom, which was published between 1625 and 1631 by Daniel Meisner (1585 and 1625) and Eberhard Kieser (1583 - 1631). In 1637 and 1638 Paulus Fürst (1608 - 1666) published the work under the name "Sciographia Cosmica".
