Polychrome painted, richly decorated with gold. H cup 10.5 cm, Ø supplemented saucer 14.5 cm.
Footed crater cup with bisque lion head handle. Gold background, on the outside a rectangular cartouche with the inscribed view of the house "Felix Meritis", which was the seat of the eponymous philanthropic society founded in 1777 and developed in the 19th century to a center of culture, science and technology.
