Zschimmer, landscape painter, studied 1864-1872 at the Academy in Weimar. Student of Arthur von Ramberg and Ferdinand Pauwels. In 1872 his painting "Im Hochwalde" was awarded a prize at the Berlin Academy Exhibition. 1875-1891 taught in Weimar, 1890 professor. Regularly represented at exhibitions in Berlin, Munich and Dresden * Partner auction Bergmann.
