Altmann, Russian landscape and still life painter. Since 1893 in Odessa, 1903 in Vienna and from 1909 resident in Paris. Studied briefly at the Julien Academy. Represented in the Salon des Indépendants, the Salon Tuileries and the Salon d'Automne. 1914-1922 resident in Moscow.
