Fireplace clock set with art nouveau female figure "La Charmeuse". Charles Hour.
On the reverse side marked "A. Richir". Movement no. 3184.
Market movement with half-hour strike on bell, runs short, in need of revision. Glazed white enamel dial with colored festoon painting, Arabic numerals, minute track and Louis XV hands.
White marble with black veining, bronzed metal casting, bronze/brass repainted. Clock approx 47.5 x 34 x 14.5 cm, side plate H 39 cm. Total 13,3 kg.
Rectangular base with crowning bird catcher holding a flute with doves (The Enchantress). Made according to the model of the French sculptor Hippolyte Francois Moreau (1832-1927). Comes with 2 matching vase side plates with floral relief decoration. Use old and new parts, minimal signs of use.
Without key and pendulum.
