Early steamer case. Goyard.
Marked on the lock "G.O" in oval and "Déposé" with No. "44". Circa 1900/10.
Wood, canvas cover with multicolored printed Goyardine pattern, edges with leather lozine borders, brass corner fittings, hasps and lock, leather carrying handle. Interior wine red velvet and 22 spring steel clasps with wooden heads. 44 x 54 x 53 cm.
Tall case with carrying handle, Goyardine canvas on all sides as well as leather reinforced edges, brass cloutage and fittings. On both sides white owner's monogram "S.L.". When the hinged lid is closed, the front can be opened. Inside probably shoe holders. Signs of age/use, leather handle partly cracked.
