Model by Christian Gottfried Jüchtzer 1788-1789. Pendant to model no. I 82, H 95 "Amor in Nöten" and "The Love Market". Painted in colors, painted in gold. Unglazed base, incised mark, press mark, painter's mark, sword mark. bands, tail feathers, bow, quiver, some leaf restored, some leaf bumped.
Jüchtzer, modeller, since 1768 at the manufactory, collaborator of Johann Joachim Kaendler and Michel Victor Acier, 1794 model master. He created one of the few centerpieces of classicism for the Saxon court confectionery * Partner auction Bergmann with the three large cupids groups.
