Early 20th century
Walnut veneered with partly dyed marquetry, imitation veneer. 13 x 33 x 18.5 cm. Tongue comb 12 cm.
Case of the music box in the front and on the hinged lid mock cassettes with thread inlays, marquetry on the lid: shawm with notes on a branch. Inside, under a glazed inner lid, barrel movement with reed comb and stone-mounted wind wheel (4 songs). Next to the movement, ratchet winding mechanism and 2 adjusting levers.
