2 Biedermeier caskets.
1st half 19th century
Mahogany veneered, 1x brass fittings, 1x bone and mother-of-pearl fittings, mirror glass in the lid. Maximum size 16.5 x 32 x 15 cm.
Ashlar casket with beveled side edges, brass rosettes on the sides with ring handles and keyhole fittings with rose branches. Interior lined with black velvet. / Tea caddy or cigar box with curved walls, mother-of-pearl keyhole trim and bone knob. Mirror glass in the lid, framed by flame moldings. Slight dry cracks and minor veneer repairs, mirror glass cracked.
