Portrait of a young man in hunting regalia with fur cap, shouldered rifle, hare and duck in a hilly landscape, reminiscent of the painting "November" from 1643 from Schleißheim Palace. Canvas with old doubling.
German painter, engraver, art historian and translator, pupil of Peter Isselburg in Nuremberg and of Egidius Sadeler the Elder in Prague, later with Honthorst in Utrecht.
