"Ottmar Obermaier (1883 - 1958) was in the 20s and 30s for both Rosenthal art departments in Selb and in Bahnhof- Selb as a designer for figurative models. Obermaier's plinth solution with the branches is possibly a reference to the a reference to the habitat of the weasels, which are mostly in sparsely wooded landscapes and find hiding places under hedges or in have their hiding places under hedges or in copses."
