1x model no. 1892, design around 1910/20 by Niels Nielsen, monogrammed "N.N.": falcon sitting on a stone base (h 29 cm). / 1x model no. 1666, design around 1910 by Jens Peter Dahl-Jensen (1874-1960), monogrammed "DJ": hawk sitting on a round plinth (h 18 cm).
"One of the most important artists at Bing & Grøndahl was the Danish sculptor Jens Peter
Dahl-Jensen (1874 - 1960). From 1897, he created a whole series of animal figures for the manufactory. He then worked as artistic director at Porcelainsfabriken Norden until he finally founded his own small company for luxury porcelain in Copenhagen, Dahl Jensen's Porcelainsfabrik, in 1925."
