Glazed brass frame with hinged stand.
Garnerey (actually Auguste Siméon Garneray), painter, draughtsman, graphic artist, costume designer. Pupil of Jean Baptiste Isabey, studied architecture in between. 1819 costume designer for the Académie Royale de Musique. Portrait painter of the French imperial family and German princes. 1808-1824 regularly represented at the Paris Salon * Partner auction Bergmann.
