Arrangement in a finely graded light coloration, in which the pure glowing ground color of the apples is embedded. Passepartout, plain glazed frame, framed in white. Frame partially damaged.

Schacht: landscape, still life and portrait painter, studied at the Hans Hofmann art school in Munich and at Johann Walter-Kurau's private art school in Berlin. Worked in Ückeritz on Usedom from 1933. In 1953 she fled to West Berlin, leaving her work behind, and has lived in Kassel since 1967. Her oeuvre comprises around 350 paintings * Partner auction Bergmann.
