Silk on cotton, very fine hand-knotting. Polychrome pastel decoration. Approx. 93 x 155 cm.
Florally patterned carpet with a central vase motif and a hanging oil lamp in a curved mihrab with a midnight blue ground, framed by a multi-part border with stylized flowers and birds, short kilim ends with knotted fringes. Signs of age and wear, defects to the edges, faded colouring.
