Pair of small amphorae on pedestal.
Late 19th century.
Height: 21 cm.
Rich ornamental decoration in relief gold over colored fond reserves in the old Viennese style. Both sides finely painted in colors after paintings by Angelika Kauffmann (1741-1807) "Cephisa meets Cupid", "Sleeping Nymph", "Cupid fighting with the three Graces for his arrows", "Dancing Graces", rich gold staffage, mounted round plinths. Pseudo-bandage mark. Small firing crack to the handle.
