Pendant framed ivory reliefs from 1753
Ivory, each with a drilled hole on the side edge. Gold stucco frame with dark red velvet. Around 1750 according to expert opinion. Each monogrammed, each with date "1753". 7 x 9 cm and 6.5 x 8.5 cm respectively. Frame 22 x 21 cm.
Galant scenes, each with a couple in typical period dress: Lady sitting in a park with a book of music in her hands, after which the cavalier next to her plays the flute / Lady sitting in an implied interior with her dress wide open, with the cavalier placing coins in her lap. 1x minor chipping to margin, 1x few hairline cracks to margin.
