Polychrome painted, gilt. H 44 cm. Approx. 7.4 kg.
Ovoid body with two harpy handles, crater neck, round base, on a square plinth. Gold and matt dark green partial ground, the front with a rectangular cartouche depicting a boy with his blind father by the sea (probably Tobias and his blind father) and a blind man sitting in a town with his son, verso with gold-etched floral motifs. Partial gold abrasion, 1x glued break to the mounting of the body.
