Classical bronze clock with Cupid and Psyche.
France. 19th century
Unmarked movement with half-hour strike on bell. Does not run. White enamel dial with Roman numerals, minute ring and brass hands.
Bronze. Approx. 60 x 38.5 x 25 cm. 22.8 kg.
Floral relief stepped base with crowning clock stele and pair of antique figures with laurel wreaths. Signs of age, bell, glass on the back and 1 wing on the cupid missing, defects to the enamel dial.
