Circa 1900. Seikhur, Shirvan region, Azerbaijan.
Wool, hand-knotted. Natural coloration with red and blue tones, white, brown, yellow and orange, partly with abrasion. Approx. 135 x 97 cm.
Central field with a field of 3 lozenges, filled with alternating large and small cross- and diamond-shaped medallions, surrounded by stylized flowers and hooked ornaments. Border with "Running Dog"/wavy band border and S borders. Signs of age and wear, with defects, small losses and repairs.
