Height: 47 cm.
Mars is the most important god in Roman mythology alongside Jupiter, father of the twins Romulus and Remus and thus progenitor of the Romans. Painted in color, painted gold. Incised mark, impressed mark, blue sceptre mark, red orb mark. Chip to the shaft, one foot, helmet plumes restored.
