Single group from the "Temple of Honor" for Friedrich August II (1696 Dresden - 1763 Dresden, Elector and Duke of Saxony, as August III King of Poland, Grand Duke of Lithuania). four-part top with five standing and seated figures on rock bases covered with flowers and leaves. The loose pedestal with base missing in the center. Painted in color, gold painted, unglazed flowers, without marks. The standing female figures, base with cracks, firing cracks throughout, leaves, flowers, two arms, one shoulder, two feet, two flutes, fingers with brush, one hand restored, one base from below, one base edge slightly chipped, two flower stems chipped.
The Temple of Honor with the Allegory-The Fine Arts centrepiece is on display in the Meissen Porcelain Manufactory's exhibition hall, individual figures of the centerpiece are in the Meissen Porzellan Stiftung GmbH, the respective photographs are in the additional photographs.
