Empire bronze pendulum with standing Eros.
France. Circa 1820/30.
Unmarked movement with half-hour strike on bell. Functional in short time test. Bronze dial in floral relief with Roman numerals, minute track and Breguet hands.
Bronze, matt and bright gold-plated. 46 x 32.5 x 13 cm.
Standing antique-style youth with bow and arrow, a wreath of flowers in his hair and a dove in his hand, sculptural floral clock case, next to a sitting dog. On a stepped base with friezes of figures and flowers. Slight signs of age and wear, verso without cover, bell replaced.
With key and pendulum with thread suspension.
