Press mark on verso, marked in French "Fabrication francaise" and "terre cuite au feu". France. Incised "Le Guluche" on the base. Model no. 393, designed by Joseph LE GULUCHE (1849-1915).
Red body, matt glazed in predominantly brown tones. H 34.5 cm.
Standing, crying boy with a broken jug, on a naturalistic round base, titled "Comment faire par J. Le Guluche". Glaze rubbing and multiple flaking.
