Walnut or oak veneer, color lithography, brass, iron. 18 x 34 x 26 cm, plates Ø 22.5 cm, comb 9.5 cm.
Music box with writing and thread inlays of imitation ivory on the hinged lid; inside oval representation after Boucher. Playing mechanism with fluted cast iron plate, central drive with no. "17250" and marking wheel with dampers. Indistinctly labeled perforated plates (e.g. "monastery bells"). Plays with a beautiful sound, minor repairs to the veneer, dry crack in the lid, otherwise a few signs of age/use.
