French bronze pendulum with baroque girl figure.
Movement no. 314, mid-19th century.
Marked "E et Cie" movement with half-hour strike on bell, pendulum with thread suspension. Runs, in need of revision. White enamel dial with Roman numerals, minute ring and Louis Quinze hands.
Bronze, fire-gilt. H 33.5 cm. 2.6 kg.
High baroque relief base with scrollwork cartouche and a peasant motif in landscape, crowning sculptural girl figure on spindle. Supplemented bell not matching, dial cracked.
With replaced key and original pendulum.
