Stammbuch box in book form with embossed cartouche with gold decoration on both sides; colored copperplate engraving with gallant scene on the cover. Loose inner cover without inscription with birds of paradise in embossed and gold-stamped ornament. Approx. 45 family register leaves 1855 to 1860s, including 2 with small hair work, mostly from Silesia, e.g. Neuzelle, Mallmitz, Priebus, Jamnitz, Polkwitz, Lueben, Leippa etc. / 25 luxury papers of various kinds 1855 - early 20th century, including 4 baptismal letters (3 of which in caskets) and 1 train ticket, plus a visiting card. Some signs of age/use.
