Kruse: businessman and landscape painter, studied in Berlin in 1889, at the Académie Julian in Paris in 1894. Member of the Berlin Secession and the Deutscher Künstlerbund. The Lietzenburg is a listed Art Nouveau villa in Kloster on the island of Hiddensee, which gave its name to the artist in reference to his Berlin address (Lietzenburger Straße) * Partner auction Bergmann.
