Pair of heraldic cups, saucers. Althaldensleben Nathusius.
1826-1847.
Height: 12 cm, ø 16 cm.
Cups and saucers with pearl moldings in relief. The front with very finely painted colored coats of arms with plume helmets, rich gold decoration. Saucers with black title: "Zum Andenken den 1ten May 1841". Underglaze blue bottom marks. One paw partially restored.
The Althaldensleben Nathusius porcelain manufactory was the most famous Prussian porcelain manufactory of its time alongside KPM Berlin and developed into a serious competitor for KPM Berlin * Partnerauktion Bergmann.
