Neoclassical pendulum with mythological figure scene after Charles Georges FERVILLE-SUAN (1847-1925). Vincenti & Cie, Paris.

Marked movement with half hour strike on bell. Does not run. Faceted glazed, white enamel dial with Arabic numerals, minute ring and pierced leaf hands.
Bronze, white alabaster. H 41 cm.
Female sleeping antique figure (probably the Naiad Aigina?) with an eagle flying above her (probably the transformed Zeus) grasping her sheet, on a wide neoclassical base with 4 feet and plinth with concave corners. Signed "Ferville Suan". Signs of age and wear, minor defects on the verso of the base.
