Art Nouveau table mirror with child figure. Viennese manufactory Friedrich Goldscheider.
Indistinct press marks. Signed "Firmin Bate" on the base. Model no. 3015 13 25.
Light clay, unglazed. 70.5 x 44.5 x 16.5 cm.
Organic rectangular shape with partially sculpted cattails, flowers and a child figure. Mirror wobbles, 1 foot with circumferential crack, replaced mirror glass.
Provenance : Museum estate Peter Kaus.
